Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data, which we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, handed over to you or third parties in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of data to another responsible entity, this will only take place to the extent technically feasible.

Right to Information, Rectification, Blocking, Deletion

Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin, recipients, and the purpose of data processing. • Date and time of the server request

  • Browser type and version

The processing of data entered in the contact form occurs solely based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time. A simple notification via email is sufficient. The legality of data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected.
Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request their deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.
