Luwam Russom

Luwam Russom began her dance career in the 2000s, combining Hip-Hop and Streetdance styles with classical ballet and jazz. After successes at national competitions, she gained international recognition in 2016 by winning the SDK Central Europe Qualification and placing among the Top 24 at Hip Hop Forever 2017. In 2018, she reached the quarterfinals at the Juste Debout 2vs2 Battle in Paris. Beyond the stage, Luwam has also appeared on screen – including in the series Find me in Paris and the feature film Fly – Der Film. As a member of the LAWRAYS Dance Community, she teaches her own choreography classes and is known as a choreographer for projects such as the Urban Waltz, where she combines tradition and urban dance in innovative ways.
