GOGO PLATA

Gogo Plata (real name Jens Tümmler, born 1976 in Rüdersdorf) is a Berlin-based artist known for his work in graffiti, comics, animation, and urban art. Growing up in the neighborhoods of Schöneweide and Köpenick, he developed an early passion for visual expression, which is reflected in his diverse and distinctive body of work.

His art combines elements of street art with comic-style characters, often blending humor with social commentary. Gogo Plata is a member of the artist collective WENU, known for its interdisciplinary projects that merge various creative disciplines. His colorful, expressive visual language appears both in public spaces and in gallery exhibitions, consistently showcasing his vibrant, critical, and playful artistic voice.
